Neutral Packaging
All orders are carefully and discreetly packaged in neutral packaging. There will be no reference to ToysbyMonk on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our priority, and we understand how important it is for you to keep your purchases private.

Anonymous Delivery
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If you are not home at the time of delivery (only applicable in the Netherlands), your order will not be delivered to neighbors. The delivery service will leave a message and attempt delivery again the following business day. If the package cannot be delivered after the second attempt, you will receive a notification. This allows you to discreetly pick up your order at the nearest delivery office. Your secret remains safe with us.
