Return Policy & Exchanges
At ToysByMonk, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return an order, whether it’s because the product didn’t meet your expectations or for another reason. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

After canceling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the product is your responsibility. For exact rates, please check with your chosen shipping provider. On average, return shipping costs are approximately €7.25 per package. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@toysbymonk.com to initiate your return. Once we have approved the return and received the product, we will process your refund within 14 working days.

Important Conditions
If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to inspect the item, we regret that we cannot accept the return. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged before returning it.

If you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before your order is shipped.
